Anger is a natural feeling that most, if not all, people experience. There is a lot to Anger, it is complex, and the word is generally overused when we fail to express a deeper emotion. Without understanding how we truly feel, we can resort to embodying Anger.

When we become Angry, that’s when things can go wrong. Anger, if left misunderstood, misdirected, and uncontrolled, can result in significant harm to the person experiencing the Anger as well as others.
