LONELINESS & ISOLATION
Sometimes it’s just good to connect with someone simply because too often you feel lonely and find yourself isolating and possibly shutting down.
This happens to all of us, whether in a relationship or not. Isolating yourself can become a problem when you want to ‘be yourself’ and connect with other people in your life.
Sometimes talking to someone to, an individual therapist, can be a great way to explore more deeply what you are feeling and support to reconnect with yourself. Our men’s groups & intensives are a great way to explore who you really are and ask the big questions like.
- What am I really feeling? What do I really want?
- How can I make choices to live and heart-centred life?
- What is my truth? How do I want to be as an adult man? As a partner? Father?
- How can I tune into myself and learn how to express myself? In an assertive – not an aggressive or a passive way.
- What are my values?
- What is my life purpose?
- What gives me meaning?
- What does it mean to take responsibility?
- How can I show up with self-respect and build a connection with the people closest to me?
