We are excited to announce the birth of our new website!
The Courageous Man specialises in all things men’s mental health and aims to be a portal for a wide spectrum of men to embrace a holistic approach to their mental health by using the tools we provide which include Men’s Mental Health Therapy and Men’s Groups & Activities.
The Courageous Man in-person sessions will be held at our therapeutic rooms in Gosford and Erina on the Central Coast of NSW. These locations are also very accessible to men and women who live in Sydney’s Northern Beaches as it will take our clients less driving time on the M1 motorway to reach our therapy rooms than to drive into Sydney central.
We will also be accessible to people who live outside our area via Zoom sessions. You can book online straight away from our website.
If you are a man struggling with anger, anxiety, relationship problems, addictions, family issues, depression, grief, loss, loneliness and domestic violence we have therapy sessions that will greatly help you address these issues and get your life back on track.
